Hosts are so helpful and responsive. Place is beautiful and everything is within walking distance. We had a great sisters’ weekend celebrating a 60 th birthday- by the beautiful pool and walking to the beach. It was great to have 2 refrigerators for all the food and drinks. We would definitely vacation here again

Great house, very close to town and the beach. The property was in great condition and Nikki was great to work with and very responsive.

We were a group of 5 ladies staying at this house celebrating my sister's 60th birthday. The house was amazing!! There was an added bonus of an elevator which is always appreciated. Each room was bright and very roomy, each with an ensuite. The house was very clean and spacious. The owners provided plenty of chairs, coolers and 2 wagons for walking to the beach. Communication was very prompt prior to and during our stay. We highly recommend this house for girls trip, families and just for getting away. It is within walking distance of shopping, restuarants, bars, market and anything else you may need. Thank you to Marcus and Nicki for an awesome house and excellent communication!

The home was beautiful. We had a small group (5) and didn’t utilize all the house had to offer. It was a great layout for multiple families. It is walking distance to Siesta Key Village and the beach. We highly recommend Café Gabbiano and Parlor Doughnuts! We only stayed for 2 nights but felt very comfortable. Thank you Nicki for being a great host. We will keep this on our favorites list!
