Beachy Sarasota Duplex

Truly a completely furnished unit in a convenient quiet location near shopping, beaches and downtown Positive: The Beachy Sarasota Duplex is a two-bedroom 100% furnished unit. It includes a full kitchen, washer-dryer, iron-ironing board (yes, I still iron my shirts), and a large screen TV in the living room/TVs in the bedrooms. The internet worked fine, and the TV included Roku and Prime. There are beach towels and beach accessories in the utility room. The duplex is conveniently located next to a large shopping center with a Publix Supermarket and fast food outlets. The location is quiet and near Siesta beaches. The hosts, who live next door, were responsive to my one question after arrival. I stayed for one week. The daily price was better than my usual Sarasota Hotel. I would gladly stay there again if I needed accommodation for several days. Negative: I had no concerns with the accommodation or the hosts. There is a $250 cleaning fee charge regardless of the length of stay. The fee amount is typical of Air B&B/VBRO type listings.

Hermosa estancia en Sarasota Positive: El duplex es muy cómodo , con 2 baños completos y uno en suite en dormitorio principal, que tiene una cama extra grande y cómoda, buenas almohadas y toallas/toallones. 3 televisores con Roku y plataformas tipo Netflix, idea al para ver en 3,TVs al mismo tiempo diferentes integrantes de la familia, uno el living y otros en cada habitación . Los cuartos tienen ventiladores de techo y todo el duplex AC integral para todos los ambientes, cocina súper completa , y nos prestaron toallas de playa y sillas que es muy importante para los huéspedes que vamos pocos días , sería un 10 total si sumaran una sombrilla pero es solo un detalle. La propietaria Nicki me asistió por mensaje en cada duda que teníamos y la verdad lo recomiendo mucho para familias está hermosa casita , cerca de las playas de Siesta , a 10 minutos en auto y rodeada de Supermercados, restaurantes y tiendas departamentales . Negative: La calle es un poco oscura de noche pero igual el barrio es muy tranquilo

Positive: Property is close to several beaches. Quiet and comfortable. Negative: I had trouble with the schlage lock. This location is very close to Siesta Beach and we were able to go every day Positive: The location was great. The space was great. There are a few little maintenance things that need attention. Overall we were pretty happy Negative: The back toilet didn’t fill properly. The blinds were missing slats so someone could see in.

Such a nice house and I would stay there again. Positive: Clean, fresh, and so comfortable Negative: The window curtain in the master bedroom doesn’t close and cover well and I wish there is shampoo and body wash.
