Beachy Sarasota Duplex

The cabinets need a little repair in master bath. Did not bother us at all. We have a vacation rental and appreciate knowing about these things.

The only thing I would recommend is that there be dish towels and dish cloths. Other than that it was an awesome place!! Had the best time really enjoyed the hot tub!

Beach family vacay. Positive: Loved the location 5 minutes from the beach, near shopping center and restaurants. Property was located in a quite area, the home was clean and supplied everything you need for the beach and the property owners are really nice and respond quickly when you have questions. I highly recommend

Truly a completely furnished unit in a convenient quiet location near shopping, beaches and downtown Positive: The Beachy Sarasota Duplex is a two-bedroom 100% furnished unit. It includes a full kitchen, washer-dryer, iron-ironing board (yes, I still iron my shirts), and a large screen TV in the living room/TVs in the bedrooms. The internet worked fine, and the TV included Roku and Prime. There are beach towels and beach accessories in the utility room. The duplex is conveniently located next to a large shopping center with a Publix Supermarket and fast food outlets. The location is quiet and near Siesta beaches. The hosts, who live next door, were responsive to my one question after arrival. I stayed for one week. The daily price was better than my usual Sarasota Hotel. I would gladly stay there again if I needed accommodation for several days. Negative: I had no concerns with the accommodation or the hosts. There is a $250 cleaning fee charge regardless of the length of stay. The fee amount is typical of Air B&B/VBRO type listings.
